Route 38 Spotlight: Why I Chose Mount Laurel for Amazing Brace Orthodontics
This is more than an office on Route 38. It is a homecoming. I am sharing the personal story behind why Mount Laurel, NJ was always the right place to build my practice and why this community continues to inspire me every day.
A South Jersey Story, From the Start
Some orthodontists choose their location based on demographics and data. I chose mine because it felt like home.
I grew up in this area and attended Moorestown Friends School, just minutes from Amazing Brace Orthodontics. I spent my formative years up and down these roads, navigating (the sometimes chaotic) Route 38, driving past Centerton Square and watching this corridor grow into one of the most vibrant commercial hubs in Burlington County. Long before I was a board-certified orthodontist, I was a local teen who knew this community and loved it.
When the time came to open my own practice, I did not have to think twice. Mount Laurel was it.
Why I Chose Mount Laurel
The Community That Shows Up for Small Business
What sets Mount Laurel apart is not just its location or its growth but it is the people. This township has a genuine culture of supporting small businesses and local professionals and I felt that from day one. Families in Mount Laurel, Moorestown, Marlton, Cherry Hill and Voorhees welcomed me with open arms before I had even seen my first patient here. That kind of community investment is not something you can manufacture. It is something you earn by being present and showing up and it is something this community already had long before I arrived.
I am deeply proud to be part of that fabric. Seeing familiar faces in my waiting room, having a consultation with a friend of a friend, treating kids who go to the same school I once attended, being a resource for parents who are navigating the same neighborhoods where I grew up - that means everything to me.
Supporting local is something I practice too. I am proud to support and sponsor local programs like the Mount Laurel Girls Softball team and the 2026 Rancocas Woods Farmers Market. This community gives to me, and I give back.
I Built My Practice Around Your Schedule
Conveniently Located for All of South Jersey
Sitting just off Route 38 at 4200 Dearborn Circle, I intentionally chose a location at the heart of South Jersey's most accessible corridor. Whether you are coming from Moorestown, Medford, Evesham or across the bridge from Philadelphia, I wanted my office to work around your schedule. Not the other way around.
For a deeper look at just how easy it is to reach me, check out my blog on quick orthodontic appointments near I-295, where I break down exactly how my proximity to major highways makes me the most convenient orthodontist in South Jersey for busy families. Being minutes from I-295, Route 73 and even the NJ Turnpike means that whether you are commuting, running errands or squeezed between school pickup and a work meeting, getting to your appointment does not have to be a production.
For the parents I serve most in Mount Laurel, Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Hainesport, Lumberton, and beyond, I know that location is not a luxury. It is a deciding factor. I built my practice with that in mind.
What "Boutique" Means to Me
When I say Amazing Brace Orthodontics is a boutique practice, I mean that intentionally. I am not a franchise. I am not a volume-based corporate office with rotating staff and limited face time with the doctor. When you come to me, you see me. At every single visit. My practice is built on relationships, not revolving doors. You can also rest easy knowing you can often reach me or a staff member via text or email after hours for anything that comes up once we close for the day.
That philosophy is something I explore in depth in my blog on the benefits of going to a small orthodontic office. For parents who have done their research, who are comparing options carefully and who want a provider they can actually trust — this model matters.
The American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) emphasizes that board-certified orthodontic specialists complete two to four years of advanced residency training beyond dental school focused entirely on moving teeth, correcting bites, and guiding jaw development. That is the level of expertise I bring to every smile I create. The AAO also encourages families to find an orthodontist near them who specializes in this care and not a general dentist offering orthodontics on the side. I am proud to be that specialist for South Jersey.
I Believe in What Mount Laurel Is Becoming
Route 38 is alive. The growth along this corridor — from the shops at Centerton Square to the proximity to Moorestown Mall and East Gate Square — reflects a community building with intention. Young families are moving here. Schools are strong. The restaurant scene is expanding. The sense of local pride is real.
I chose to plant my roots here because I believed in what Mount Laurel was becoming. Just one and half years in, I can say with confidence: this community has exceeded every expectation I had.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where exactly is Amazing Brace Orthodontics located?
I am located at 4200 Dearborn Circle, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Just off Route 38, minutes from I-295 and easily accessible from throughout South Jersey including Cherry Hill, Moorestown, Marlton, Voorhees, and Medford.
Is Amazing Brace Orthodontics accepting new patients?
Yes, I am actively welcoming new patients of all ages — children, teens, and adults. You can book a complimentary consultation online or call the office at (856) 242-2126.
What is the difference between an orthodontist and a general dentist offering orthodontics?
An orthodontist completes two to four additional years of accredited specialty training beyond dental school, focused entirely on moving teeth and correcting bites. A general dentist does not receive this specialized training. The AAO recommends seeking care from a board-certified orthodontic specialist for the safest, most predictable outcomes. I am a board-certified orthodontist and that distinction matters.
Does Amazing Brace Orthodontics accept insurance?
Yes. I work with most major dental insurance plans and personally help families maximize their benefits. I also offer interest-free payment plans and flexible monthly options with no hidden fees.
At what age should my child first see an orthodontist?
The AAO recommends a first orthodontic evaluation by age 7. Early evaluation does not always mean early treatment but it allows me to monitor growth and identify any developing issues before they become more complex. I explain this in more detail in my post on the Age 7 orthodontic rule.
Is Amazing Brace Orthodontics a good option for adults?
Absolutely. I treat a growing number of adults at my practice. I offer Invisalign and braces in a discreet, flexible format that works around busy schedules. Read more about adult braces in South Jersey and why I believe it is never too late to invest in your smile.
